AREI attends the public debate on PUZ of 1st Bucharest District

On April 17^th, 2019, the AREI members developing projects in the 1^st District of Bucharest attended the public debate focusing on the 1^st District PUZ (Planul Urbanistic Zonal al Sectorului 1). The event was organized by Bucharest 1^st District City Hall.

AREI: Bucharest has significantly decreased its contribution to GDP at the national level, according to the resent analysis of the construction and real estate transactions sector, reaching a decade low of 29.4% in 2023 compared to 37% in 2019.
