AREI letter with industry feedback and observations regarding the current nZEB (nearly Zero-Energy Building) regulations
As part of our continuing advocacy actions on the topic, AREI developed a letter with industry feedback and observations regarding the current provisions and regulations with respect to the nZEB standard set in the Law 372/2005 on the energy performance of buildings.
We have called on initiating a dialogue and an immediate and permanent communication channel between the competent authorities and industry representatives, as well as other relevant stakeholders, to work together and find the relevant solutions to the existent issues in order to facilitate the application the law requirement regarding energy efficiency.
