AREI meeting with Mr. Lorant Antal, President of the Senate’s Energy Commission

On March 23, 2022, the AREI President, Ms. Antoanela Comsa and the Secretary General, Ms. Voichita Lefter attended a new meeting with Mr. Lorant Antal, President of the Senate’s Energy Commission, to discuss about the impact of the current nZEB(nearly Zero-Energy Building) legislation on the industry, the obstacles that the industry is curently facing at the implementation level of the law. The parties emphasized the importance of continuing the dialogue on this topic and agreed start working on specific solutions and potential law amendments that will facilitate and help advance the implementation of regulations with respect to the energy performance of buildings by the industry and other relevant stakeholders.
