On December 18^th, 2018, the AREI President, Ms. Antoanela Comsa participated at the session of the Labour and Social Protection Committee in the Chamber of Deputies, to present the AREI position on the amendments proposed to the Law 215/1997 on Social House of Constructors.

AREI: Bucharest has significantly decreased its contribution to GDP at the national level, according to the resent analysis of the construction and real estate transactions sector, reaching a decade low of 29.4% in 2023 compared to 37% in 2019.
