AREI Position Paper on the new provisions of the Law nr. 372/2005 on energy performance of building concerning the e-charging stations for electric cars

Following the concerns raised by the AREI members related to the implementation of the new provisions regarding the e-charging stations for cars of the Law 372/2005 on energy performance of buildings, AREI developed a position paper focusing on the issues related to the new provisions adopted last year to the Law nr. 372/2005 on energy performance of building, with respect to the obligation set for the owners of residential and non-residential buildings to install e-charging stations for electric cars. The AREI Position Paper has been submitted to the relevant stakeholders at the Government and Parliament level.
