The Association of Real Estate Investors in Romania (AREI) addressed today an official letter to the Government and the Ministry of Public Finances whereby the association proposes a set of support measures aiming to better safeguard the companies in the real estate industries affected by Covid-19 pandemic. The documented submitted by AREI to the Government contains a list of fiscal measures specific for the real estate industry, while also suggesting other types of measures that the Government may consider to alleviate the effects of Covid-19 upon the industry.
At the same time, the AREI members expressed their support and solidarity with further actions and initiatives of the public authorities that will focus on helping the business community in Romania to navigate through these challenging times.
