AREI working meeting with Mr. Radu Mihaiu, Mayor of the 2nd District Hall of Bucharest
On March 18, 2022, the AREI leadership had a follow-up working meeting with Mr. Radu Mihaiu, Mayor of the 2nd District Hall of Bucharest on the current urbanistic regulations requiring the implementation of the nZEB (nearly Zero-Energy Building) standard. The discussion focused on analyzing the possible scenarios and potential solutions that can be applied to overcome the current deadlock in issuing of building permits, and ensuring a balanced urbanistic strategy forward.
