On October 9^th, 2018, Ms. Antoanela Comsa – AREI Board President and the AREI executive team have met with the State Inspectorate of Construction (ISC) management with a view of initiating a policy dialogue between the institution and the association, oriented at optimizing the authorization procedure of new constructions.

AREI: Bucharest has significantly decreased its contribution to GDP at the national level, according to the resent analysis of the construction and real estate transactions sector, reaching a decade low of 29.4% in 2023 compared to 37% in 2019.
