On June 6th, 2019, AREI members met with Mr. Ciprian Lucian Rosca, State Secretary at the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration (MDRAP). The discussion focused on the status of several legislative initiatives coordinated by MDRAP that are of major interest for the real estate industry.

AREI: Bucharest has significantly decreased its contribution to GDP at the national level, according to the resent analysis of the construction and real estate transactions sector, reaching a decade low of 29.4% in 2023 compared to 37% in 2019.
