On June 12th, 2020, the AREI President, Ms. Antoanela Comsa had a meeting with Mr. Tanase Stamule, Economic State Advisor to the Prime-Minister. The meeting was focused on the topic of the 5 % VAT threshold applicable for housing, previously discussed on the agenda of AREI members meeting with the Prime-Minister on June 2nd. On this occasion, the AREI President, Ms. Comsa presented to Mr. Stamule the ARE Position Paper on the topic of 5 % VAT to be further submitted to the Government and the Ministry of Finance.
