On July 3^rd, 2018, a meeting between AREI and representatives of the Bucharest General Mayor’s office, Ms. Gabriela Firea took place. The discussion focused on development projects in real estate and infrastructure, and aimed at establishing a sustainable dialogue and partnership with the public local authorities in this regard.

AREI: Bucharest has significantly decreased its contribution to GDP at the national level, according to the resent analysis of the construction and real estate transactions sector, reaching a decade low of 29.4% in 2023 compared to 37% in 2019.
