The first family house for 12 children opened in Domnesti, Ilfov, a project supported by AREI together with Hope and Homes for Children

We are happy to announce the opening of the first family house, in Domnești, Ilfov, a project supported by AREI alongside our partners Hope and Homes for Children Foundation, County Council Ilfov and DGASPC Ilfov. There was no greater reward for us all, after the hard work over the last year, than seeing the pure joy of children entering their rooms.

The new family house will accommodate 12 children, Hope and Homes for Children Foundation thus closing the Periș Placement Center and moving here the institutionalized children. All of them will now have access to normality and the feeling of a family, staying all together and taking care of each other, going to school, making cookies or watching a cartoon.
