On October 11^th, 2018, AREI members attended a working meeting with representatives from the State Inspectorate of Construction (ISC) to discuss about the options and relevant solutions in order to improve the procedure on new constructions authorization, managed by ISC.

AREI: Bucharest has significantly decreased its contribution to GDP at the national level, according to the resent analysis of the construction and real estate transactions sector, reaching a decade low of 29.4% in 2023 compared to 37% in 2019.
