On November 13^th, 2019, AREI organised a working session with the General Director of the Bucharest Transport Operator (STB), Mr. Andrei Creci. The event served as a good opportunity to discuss and agree on an agenda of topics and issues that can be improved through common actions, such as decongestion of traffic, prospects for park-and-ride parking and bettering of the public transportation system.

AREI: Bucharest has significantly decreased its contribution to GDP at the national level, according to the resent analysis of the construction and real estate transactions sector, reaching a decade low of 29.4% in 2023 compared to 37% in 2019.
