Considering the official statements on the plan to restart the economic activity and the constant focus of AREI members to proactively approach the moment of office buildings re-opening and prepare the most efficient health and safety measures. A special AREI Task Force for Workforce Re-entry Measures for Offices was set-up with the goal of compiling a set of recommendations for owners and tenants to ensure the workforce safety upon their return to offices after the end of the state of emergency. The 7-Recommendations Plan developed by the Task Force includes a set of recommended safety measures for office buildings in the view of the economic activity restart. The document has been consulted with the relevant authorities and according to the feedback received from the National Institute for Public Health (INSP), the measures listed in the 7-Recommendations Plan are in line with the INSP recommendations for restarting the activity after the end of the state of emergency.
