AREI Position Paper on the draft law regarding the Code of Cultural Patrimony
The AREI Position Paper on the draft law regarding the Code of Cultural Patrimony was submitted to the Ministry of Culture. The new draft discusses the immovable cultural patrimony currently regulated by Law 422/2001 on the protection of historical monuments. Our set of proposals include measures that aim at simplifying the approval procedure for interventions on buildings listed as historic monuments – internal fit-outs that do not affect the façade, functionality or the structure of the building.
